Subscriptions run for one (1) year and start when the order is received and processed by PHR.
To Subscribe, you can either complete a PDF form, or order online here.
To renew a subscription, return one of the renewal forms sent with the last two issues of the Journal or simply fill out a subscription form with your subscriber number.
An individual subscription is a subscription for one person while an institutional subscription is needed for an organization, business or group allowing multiple people access through one subscription. See below to determine which subscription type is appropriate, consult the subscription rates:
