Renewals

Subscriptions run for one (1) year and start when the order is received and processed by PHR. A first renewal notice is mailed two issues prior to the expiration date. A final renewal notice is mailed with the final issue prior to the expiration date. If you purchased a subscription through an agent, make sure to renew directly with the agent. To renew a subscription made independently, return one of the renewal forms sent with the last two issues of the Journal or simply fill out a subscription form with your subscriber number.
